    Jennie Lamanna Daly
    Managing Partner MJD Global

    Jennie Lamanna Daly is a Managing Partner of MJD Global,
    responsible for finance and administration. MJD Global provides
    Business English training and cross-cultural management training
    to executives, corporations and private individuals, as well as
    offering business development opportunities in Latin America
    through its association with Uruguay based AHS (Advanced
    Human System). In addition to her finance and administration role,
    Jennie also provides cross-cultural awareness training for Service
    Desk staff.

    Jennie recently retired, after 30 years in the Information
    Technology(IT) business. During that time, she worked in a
    variety of technical and managerial positions for a large
    telecommunications company and a major, multi-national IT
    management consulting firm.

    Jennie has in-depth experience as a Project Control Officer, and
    establishing and managing Service Desks, as well as managing
    data centre production operating services.

    She has extensive cross-cultural experience, having  completed
    multiple international assignments in Asia and Latin  America, with
    the focus on knowledge transfer, education, process development
    and implementation. This has included creating organizational
    structures; the development of associated position descriptions;
    the design and implementation of Service Desks and operational
    processes, and the development and delivery of corresponding
    training to management and professional technical staff.   



    Michael Daly
    Managing Partner MJD Global

    Michael Daly is TESL/TOEFL certified, with honours, specializing
    in Business English. He has established MJD Global to provide
    in-country Business English training and cross-cultural
    management training to executives, corporations and private
    individuals. Through his association with AHS (Advanced Human
    System), based in Uruguay, of which he is an Associate Director,
    Michael also offers business development opportunities in Latin
    America.

    Michael has recently retired, after 35 years in the Information
    Technology(IT) business. During that time, he worked for
    several major, multinational companies, in a variety of technical
    and managerial positions, encompassing the aeronautics,
    entertainment, telecommunications and IT management
    consultant spheres.

    Michael has extensive cross-cultural experience, having  
    completed multiple international assignments throughout
    Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, with the focus
    on knowledge transfer, education, and process development
    and implementation. This has included coaching all levels of
    management in the establishment of appropriate organizational
    structures; the development of associated position descriptions;
    the design and implementation of business and operational
    processes, and the development and delivery of corresponding
    training to management and professional technical staff. He has
    also been integrally involved in business negotiations, including
    multi-million consulting bids, union contract negotiations and
    hardware and services purchasing.

    He is actively involved with CultureLink, a  Canadian government
    sponsored volunteer organization that provides new immigrants
    to Canada with assistance in settling into their new environment
    and helping them adjust to the accompanying culture shock. As
    part of this volunteer work, Michael provides one-on-one English
    conversation and tutorials, as well as facilitating large group
    discussions on adapting to cross-cultural differences.
